someSUPPORT

If we have met before, or you have heard about my walk from a friend, and wish to give support then you can reach out to me via email, and let me know, that’s always nice. Support is shared in many forms. It can just be careful well wishes, or sharing a campfire. Support can be a place to sleep for the night and a shower, or sharing a story, food, or a warm beverage perhaps. It can be giving directions about places recommended to visit.

Sharing works both ways, and goodwill leads to a brighter path for all beings. Support through sharing is the oldest common cultural and interpersonal counter-egoic practice in the human/hominid lineage of kind things to do. (I wasn’t there for most of it, but we could discuss it round a fire…)

If you wish to support me on this walk and want to give some money, then I encourage you to use the donation account, with the details below, to do this. Those moneys are for me to buy food, occasional small items of gear, or art materials etc. to continue walking. (I have most of what I need in terms of ‘things’ already)

I am attempting to demonstrate a model of support which works on a $1 per week, per fortnight, per month or whatever frequency best suits, for any number of weeks. A one time donation of any amount is possible too, but I am only comfortable with gifts from people, not organisations.

Any donations remaining above AU$2000 at the completion of the walk will be given by me to one or two NGOs working to help people directly to survive hardship or disaster, or people in the process of rejuvenating land, waterways or cultural places. (The AU$2000 represents my own money being used now on the walk, just sayin….) I will post which NGO’s when I complete the walk. If you have any suggestions, please let me know and I’ll look into it.

You can contact me on:

You can give support of any amount, but preferably AU$1, with these details:

ACN: 114565179

Many thanks for your eyes here,

and perhaps we meet down the track?
